Medellin Colombia is just amazing and I am so grateful to be apart of this ministry.

Lately over these past couple weeks I have done lots of exploring and connecting with German volunteers and the locals that live here. I have connected very well with these people and sharing what I believe has been a pleasure. I went to a soccer match (the biggest rivalry in Colombia were playing each other) which was so so much fun! It is so entertaining to see people be so passionate about their team and just give so much of their own money to be there. I have also done more hiking around the area here and it is gorgeous. Ministry wise I have done a lot of work in kitchens preparing food for our team and the homeless in Medellín. I’ve learned a lot surprisingly on just how to prepare and cook food. Of course this whole time I have been ministering to the homeless by teaching Bible classes and prepping testimonies for them to hear and learn. It is only the work of God that can make them believe, I am only a vessel but pray for me as I become more willing and flexible in what that looks like.

Now here is the news for Vietnam 🇻🇳

So from November 23-25 we will be traveling (so very long couple of days) and we will land in Ho Chi Minh. From here our entire squad is split up in teams. Luckily all the guys are together so that’ll be very nice. We are put in Da Nang which is northern Vietnam and where we are staying and where our ministry is located is right on a beautiful beach. My team is very excited! Our ministries include English classes, beach sports ministry, and cafe ministry. When you are a missionary in Vietnam it can be rather difficult. Vietnam is a Marxist country which means to them religion is viewed as weakness and it is also illegal to share your faith in this country. This is why we have these specific ministries. It is all about relationship building. The goal is to connect and spend time with these people outside of our own ministry. So they can ask and KNOW Jesus through us American men. I ask for prayer in the hearts of people we will encounter and show the character of Jesus to. These relationships will be so important and I am excited what God shows us.

Again thank you all for your support and I miss you all so much! But the Lord has placed me here in this season of my life and I will always be grateful to be here.
